She flirted with him and asked if he “was looking for company”. My friend said, “no thanks, i can get that on my own”. She said something like “if you change your mind, my hotel room number is..” blah blah blah… and my friend responded with “whatever”, and drove away. As soon as he drove around the corner he was surrounded by cops, drug out of his vehicle, handcuffed, and arrested for soliciting sex to an undercover police officer. They tore his mom’s car apart until they found a controlled substance and a firearm. He was arrested, held overnight, bailed out the next day. Oddly enough, the gun charge has already been dismissed, but they are still going to charge him with soliciting & the controlled substance. I’m thinking the controlled substance can be thrown out due to illegal search because he never solicited anything. Anyone have any advice on this case?
