Looking for resonably priced hotel in Atlanta.?
i’m 19yrs old, i’l be going to atlanta for a couple days (5-7days) either at the end of this month or mid-end september and i want to find a resonably price hotel for the duration of my stay, Not too far from Atlanta airport.
Does anyone know of any good hotels that are at a good price.
I thought a motel or bed & breakfast would be good but people tell me that it won’t be safe for a young lady.
Also how far is the airport from Duluth?
oh & if anyone can let me know of any sites where i can find cheap tickets-i’m from london.
thanks

Steven G asked:

Ok If I check into a best western and the price of the room is 92 dollars is that all they will charge to my debit card? I’m confused because I heard they charge much more than that or something to that nature and they put a hold on my funds or something can someone explain it to me?

I lost my leg almost 2 years ago. Was married to an alcoholic. Took a settlement and put it as down payment on condo. After I moved in I lost my job. I got a new job 2 months later but have been barely making my utility bills each month, groceries, car payment, etc. Now I am looking at 20 days I have to move out. No family or friends able to help me and I am looking at moving into a motel, but again I looked at prices and still not able to afford that. I do not have any money in my bank and in fact I had to pay 2 bills that will bounce before my check is deposited on Friday. I am looking for suggestions. I am now down to less than 20 days. I have a job, I have medical, I have a lot of things just not any money for a deposit right now, etc. I do not qualify because of all of these things for help for homelessness, etc. I work at home. This is really my only qualification right now and since I have lost my leg, restaurants will not hire me, grocery stores, etc. Looking for any advice. TY

GF slept with 16 men in a month. Get her pregnant and pay child support?

Hotel Prices 13 Comments »
hunter849 asked:

She has severe mental, sexual, and alcohol issues.

She has low self esteem.

She lies and uses me for $.

But, I DEEPLY CARE about her and want her to change.

She slept with 16 men in one month and has 4-5 men she sleeps with on a regular basis -one of these 4-5 of her regular lovers is her sister’s husband.

She says she will change once we have a baby but I don’t trust her -she knows the room prices of every motel in town (SERIOUSLY)!

Should I take a chance on this girl? I just feel she deserves better than all those men who just give her alcohol and sleep with her (she has a drinking problem -went to see her twice in the morning, both times, she was passed out on Crown Royal).

Or am I just looking at a lot of heartache and child support in the future?

Aaron

Acadia National Park lodging — Bar Harbor vs. Ellsworth?

Hotel Prices 2 Comments »
Apple Girl asked:

I am visiting for 2 days in Sept. Most of the places I’ve looked at in Bar Harbor are a bit steep for me. Because I’m traveling alone, I’m a bit skeptical about staying in more remote-low cost motel/cottage type units.

Am I better off staying in Ellsworth for 1/2 the price? What’s the drive like from Ellsworth to Bar Harbor and the park?

What are some of my must do’s and see’s for an itinerary like mine?

Frances

Economics Help?

Hotel Prices 1 Comment »
canadianhifive asked:

An advertisement for a motel chain says that if you stay for three nights at the motel you can stay a fourth night for free. This represents a 25% reduction in price for people who stay four nights. Which of the following statements is more likely to be correct?

A. This practice represents market segmentation for the motel. It lowers the price for people whose demand for rooms is more sensitive to price.
B. If the motel were filled to capacity, it wouldn’t run this kind of “sale” on rooms. This practice is just off-peak pricing, not price discrimination.

The costs to society imposed by the markup pricing and excess capacity of monopolistic competition are mitigated by __________________.

A. Lower prices than achieved under perfect competition
B. A greater variety of available goods
C. Higher industry output
D. A higher quality of goods
