What easy dinners can I make in a hotel room using a microwave?
Hotel Ratesmoosederchi asked:
I’m trying to save money on a trip by preparing a few dinners in the hotel room using the in-room microwave. I need to feed myself and a 2 year old. Any creative and easy suggestions? Thanks.

Well, this will only work if you are having breakfast for dinner. When we use to travel with our six children, I needed something easy for breakfast. I would drag along a waffle iron (these were the days before microwaves in hotel rooms!) I would mix eggs with vanilla and dip bread in the egg mix and put it in the waffle iron. I would only need syrup and butter and everyone loved the travel french toast!! enjoy!
