They have several hotels under te Etap brand, which are operated by the famous French hospitality group, Accor.
I’ve stayed in one which is near the metro station, Laumiere which was rather convenient to do sight seeing around Paris. Etap hotels are very clean, charge low and functional with very few frills.
Depending upon the area, a room at Etap should cost around EUR 50 per night. They have 20 hotels in Paris.

My favorite hotel is the Hotel St. Andre des Artes at 66, rue St. Andre des Artes in the 6th arr. Its a half block from the Odeon metro stop, very central, and a double will cost you 86 euros, breakfast included. I’ve stayed there dozens of times in the last 35 years.

Hi, I live in Paris, and have a coroprate events company, but many family, friends and customers on personal trips seek advise of this nature and I have become a bit of an expert!

Great Hotels at reasonable rates in great part of Paris:
The best part of Paris to stay in my opinion is in the St. Germain/Latin Quarter. The boutique hotels in this area are absolutely fabulous and inexpensive by Parisian standards. I attach a few web links to the better properties in that area for your convenience.
