My wife & I are moving from Bangor, Maine to Trenton City, Missouri next month. It’s our 1st interstate trip, and having a hard time looking for cheap motels NEAR the interstae route (5 miles max range from the interstate highway). I searched Mapquest in places to stop, & planned to travel 400-500 miles a day. Im on a tight budget, my price rage for a motel/lodge is $50 max w/breakfast. Super 8, Days Inn are too expensive. Is there any travel ace out there that could help? means a lot to us. Thank you

Your best bet maybe to use “Motel 6″. They have some great rates,. many under $50. They also have a trip planner that will list every Motel 6 along your route.
