Dear [NAME],
As you are probably aware, we at The [HOTEL NAME] have been providing your organization with a preferential discount rate of just $39.99 per room for your employees. We have offered this special rate to your company for over [number] years now.
Due to ongoing increases in operating costs we have had to implement an adjustment to all our room rates across the board. However we will still be able to offer your employees a very competitive rate of $49.99 per night, effective March 28th, 2008. This price change still represents a savings of $20-$30 per night, and is offered to your company even during peek demand.
We would like to thank you for your continued loyalty to our hotel, and look forward to providing exceptional quality and value for many years to come.
Best regards,
[Your Name]
