I know that some hotels offer a variety of rooms, superior / deluxe rooms etc. but if there aren 't these options, how can you be sure to get the best avalaibe site (the top floor with a better view, a bigger etc)? Are the rooms are given out randomly or give the best rooms for people who are first or who has paid most (normal price discount against)?
