How far is Port Canaveral from Orlando Airoprt? Is there a hotel close to the port?Taxi prices?

Port Canaveral is 45 miles east of Orlando International Airport. There are hotels in Cocoa and Cocoa Beach and on Merritt Island. I don’t know how much taxi fares are.

Check with the cruise line, there are buses that run from Orlando International to the cruise terminals. If you are arriving early there are hotels located close by that provide transportation to the cruise terminals for when you depart. Again, your cruise line should be able to recommend one to you.

Orlando is 45 minutes from Port Canaveral. Mears Transportation from OIA to the port is $120 one way. The advantage is, they help you with your luggage, they know where they’re going, you don’t have to park., they’ll be waiting on you when you disembark. I didn’t see any hotels close to the port.
